Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use this website or engage Best Future Network Limited for network and IT services.
1. About these terms
These terms are between you and Best Future Network Limited (ABN 64 703 583 948, ACN 703 583 948) ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to your use of bestfuturenetworktec.online and to any services we provide, unless we agree different terms with you in writing for a particular job. If a written quote or service agreement conflicts with these terms, the quote or agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.
2. Use of this website
The information on this website is general in nature and is provided to describe our services. It is not advice tailored to your premises or systems. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free from errors. You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or interfere with it.
3. Our services
We provide connectivity planning, network setup, Wi-Fi installation, managed IT support and related services. The scope of each job is set out in our written quote or agreement. You agree to give us accurate information about your premises and requirements, safe and reasonable access to the site, and any permissions needed from landlords or building managers.
Where work depends on third parties, such as internet service providers or equipment suppliers, we will tell you, but we are not responsible for delays or faults caused by those parties.
4. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Any work outside the quoted scope will be agreed with you before it is carried out. Payment terms are set out on each quote or invoice.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). This includes guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, will be fit for any purpose you make known to us, and will be supplied within a reasonable time.
For major failures with a service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem rectified in a reasonable time and, if that is not done, to a refund for goods or to cancel the contract for services. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 5, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee in relation to goods or services not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use is limited, at our option, to supplying the goods or services again, repairing or replacing the goods, or paying the cost of having this done.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from the use of this website or our services. You remain responsible for keeping backups of your own data.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and text of this website are owned by or licensed to Best Future Network Limited. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not copy, reproduce or republish them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Network plans and documentation we prepare for you may be used by you and your business for the purpose of operating and maintaining your network, including by other providers you engage, once the related work has been paid for.
8. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing support arrangement by giving written notice by email, in line with any notice period in the relevant agreement. Either party may end an engagement immediately by written notice if the other materially breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within a reasonable time after being asked to. You must pay for work completed up to the date of termination. Termination does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or restrict access to this website at any time.
9. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
